| The greens staff will be carrying out the following work this week: * General cutting. * Verti-cutting, cutting and top dressing the greens. This will cause moderate disruption as there will be sand on the greens. All this work helps with the trueness of the greens. * The putting lawn and greens 1 to 4 will be getting ninja tined. These are the greens we did not get done due to the wet weather last week. This will cause moderate disruption to the putting surface. * New steps will be built on the 11th red tee’s. * Spraying tee tops with fertiliser and weedkiller, weather dependant. *The greens will be sprayed with fertiliser. *The collars and approaches will be sprayed with weedkiller and fertiliser. * Drilling the stumps that are left from their clearing. * Building natural fencing with the debris that they have accumulated over the winter. |
